2010 Coordinators Meetings

The AIMS Coordinators Group is composed of any entity or person interested in the direction of AIMS. Typically, members include representatives from Johnson County departments, area cities, utilities, engineering firms, and many others who are AIMS Data Partners. AIMS Coordinators Group meetings are the 2nd Thursday of the month. Meetings start at 9:00 a.m. and typically conclude around 11:00 a.m.

The next coordinators meeting will be hosted by WaterOne on Thursday, September 09, 2010. The meeting will be held at the WaterOne Offices at 10747 Renner Blvd.

Hosting Guidelines

  • Provide facility for about 30-40 people
  • Provide refreshments
  • Create agenda and decide on topics for discussion during the meeting
  • Involve other agencies and Subject Matter Experts in the coordination of content
  • Content topics that you might share:
  1. Ideas/information for resource savings
  2. Coordination efforts and opportunities
  3. New technologies being tested/implemented
  4. Current efforts and a preview of the next 6 months at your site
